Just some random posts and rambles from my life bumped up with freebie posts, website reviews and anything else I fancy sharing with all you wonderful people
If I thought the weather last week was bad I was in for a treat this week; gailforce winds, absolutely chucking it down and arctic temperatures were experienced today. To top it all of we didn't even win this week, my aim of three games, three wins not completed :( but hey ho life goes on. A plus though for the match was that I didn't get quite so injured, only a ball to the knee, a stick whacked across my wrist and almost being hit in the face was what I had to deal with today. Nevertheless a trip into town for some retail therapy is still calling for me in the morning.
On the look out for some new trainers for a football match on Monday (I'm going to ache!) n a few little bits n bobs of makeup is the list so far, hopefully ill find some good bargains! (YN)
Long time no speak I know, and for that I can only apologise as life has been pretty darn busy since my last post (2014! Eeeek)
So... I'm now a full time worker as a supervisor at a local department store - which I have to admit, is pretty amazing and I feel like a proper grown up now!!
Anyhow, I've always been one to look for freebies and ways to save the pennies, after all they do look after the pounds right! Because of this I've started following quite a few people and pages on Instagram who seem to be amazing at finding all the best deals as soon as they hit down. Currently I post any freebies and things on find on my personal instagram account - 'hcoe92' if you fancy a follow ;) but I'm thinking of starting a new account specifically dedicated to freebies and offers, hopefully by the end of this post I'll have a name for it and be able to let you know!
For my first post on this subject I thought I'd share with you some websites that…
Hey there guys, long time no type I know but I am now back, albeit for a different type of blog...
As a family we have decided to set up a little sweet business going round weddings, school fêtes and parties setting up a little sweet bar, as well as also selling small gifts such as sweet trees and themed items. This is basically a bit of a feeder to get our name out there and see if people think this is a good idea and ultimately if you would be willing to pay for such things.
So far we have catered for a couple of different occasions and made a few prototypes;
This was the first ever sweet bar we did - every guest gets as many sweets as they want to fill their own cups, at least 20 different varieties.
This is our Father's Day mug complete with full size chocolate bars, a 'No 1 Dad' medallion and a selection of Heroes - contents can be suited to individual wants.
This is our large sweet tree - uses over 8 full bags (200 Eclairs) with matching ribbon, again different swe…
I do realise it has been a whole since I have wrote a 'beauty' related post but seen as I don't proclaim to be just a beauty blogger I hope I can get away with putting the occasional one in amongst food and lifestyles posts :) I apologise for the lack of links, and the arrangement, this has been done on my iPhone and will be edited as soon as I get my laptop back :') hopefully not too long!
Anyway onto this subject, since walking into the blogging atmosphere I decided to finally indulge in the Soap and Glory product line rather than just admiring from a distance. Hand Food was one of my latest products, brought of eBay for a measly few pound (can't remember exact figure) but instantly fell in love. 'Shea Butter, Macadamia Oil and Marshmallow' who can resist that for a start and I loved the smell. You only need a tiny amount to fully moisten your hands and since using this I have not experienced the 'dry hand sensation' which use to be quite a commo…
